Responsibilities:

• Management of a team of Sales managers
• Sale of company services
• Presentation of the company's services
• Customer analysis
• Understanding of multi-channel communications
• Working with the HR department on the status of employee training plans
• Creation of regulations for communication with clients
• Maintaining the interest of the company's key customers
• Work for personal and team results

Salary:
Rate:

• For the trial period - 1500 USD
• After the trial period - 2000 USD

Bonuses:

• Depends on the total number of deposits of the whole team
• from 1 to 30 deposits - 15 USD for each deposit
• from 31 to 50 - 25 USD for each deposit
• from 51 - 35 USD for each deposit.

Work schedule:

• Mon-Fri - from 11:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.
• Sat-Sun - Weekends
